We operate the website cammobrothers.com (the "Site"), as well as any related products, services, content, applications, and communications that reference these Terms and Conditions (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and White River Knife and Tool, Inc., doing business as Cammo Brothers, concerning your access to and use of the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for an account or make purchases through the Services.

The information provided through the Services is intended for use within jurisdictions where such use is lawful. Those who access the Services from outside the United States do so at their own risk and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

CAMMO BROTHERS®, Cammo Brothers logos, artwork, graphics, product names, photographs, videos, marketing content, and related brand elements are trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property owned by White River Knife and Tool, Inc. or its licensors.

The Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. No Content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, published, sold, or otherwise exploited without our prior written consent.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions.

  1. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information you provide is true, current, and accurate.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You will not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Services without authorization.
  • You will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or incomplete.

  1. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We currently accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Sales tax, shipping charges, and any applicable fees will be added when required by law.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Unauthorized resale activity
  • Violation of these Terms
  1. SHIPPING

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders promptly.

Delivery schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Weather
  • Customs
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Risk of loss and title transfer upon delivery of products to the shipping carrier unless otherwise required by law.

  1. RETURN POLICY

We offer lifetime repair or replacement free of charge. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. At this point the Cammo Brothers product is still covered by the Cammo Brothers “NO QUESTIONS ASKED” Lifetime Replacement Guarantee: Any loader returned for any reason will be replaced free of charge.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thewhiteriver.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 515 Industrial Drive, Fremont, MI 49412

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Services.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without authorization.
  • Impersonate another individual or entity.
  • Use automated purchasing systems or bots.
  • Use the Services in a manner that damages Cammo Brothers or White River Knife and Tool, Inc.
  1. USER GENERATED CONTENT

  • Monitor the Services for violations of these Terms.

  • Take appropriate legal action when necessary.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Services at any time without prior notice.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHITE RIVER KNIFE AND TOOL, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless White River Knife and Tool, Inc., Cammo Brothers, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses resulting from:

  • Your use of the Products or Services;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any third-party rights.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any information you provide.

California residents may contact the California Department of Consumer Affairs regarding unresolved complaints as permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
